TRAINING OPTIONS
At Avior Group, we believe that skill development through training is an important ingredient in a successful business transformation. It is a fundamental building block to reformulate how people work and think. How and when training is done can greatly impact the return on an investment in training and there we can help you layer that element into your journey; at the right time when both opportunities and support are present.
We believe our training is different in many ways. First, we follow the adult learning model where training is a highly participative, collaborative and hands-on experience. Concepts are taught and immediately applied; preferably to actual projects in-class. Secondly, our facilitators are highly experienced individuals with deep experience across several industries and can utilize relevant examples to illustrate the methodology and therefore help the participants “connect the dots”. Thirdly, we stress the importance of critical thought connected to a roadmap as opposed to islands of disparate tools. Although everyone loves a cookbook, we firmly believe that the process improvement professional of tomorrow must possess the ability to apply the methodology quickly and efficiently – that requires a deeper understanding what tools answer what questions. Lastly, we firmly believe in the power of innovation whether it’s leveraged for problem solving or new design. Innovation tools are integrated into the various levels of training below hence the prefix, iPlus.

It is important to note that these classes can be taught internally (and therefore enable possible customization for your business) or also offered in an open forum where participants from multiple companies attend.
